Kourtney Kardashian’s alleged ex-fling Michael Girgenti is claiming he’s Mason’s father and he wants a DNA test! Kourtney’s rep tells Hollywood exclusively, however, that the claim is ‘absolutely ridiculous!’

“We started kissing, making out and touching each other. My shirt was off. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom,” Michael told inTouch magazine of his 2009 encounter with the reality star. At the time, Kourtney, 33, allegedly told Michael that her relationship with Scott was off again.
“I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed,” Michael continued. Nine months later, on Dec. 14, 2009, Kourtney gave birth to Mason, who is now 3-years-old. By then, she and Scott were back together.
“After he was born and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder [if I was the father],” the 26-year-old told the magazine.
Don’t worry though! A source close to the situation tells Hollywood exclusively, “It’s not true. As I’m sure you’ve noticed, inTouch comes out with different bogus stories every week. Kourtney met this guy once at a shoot years ago and never again. This story came out last year and of course inTouch is recyling it
While Kourtney does acknowledge that she worked with Michael at the shoot, her attorney says the rest is fiction. “They did not exchange contact information. Since the August 20, 2008, on-set photo shoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti,” her lawyer says.
“People say sometimes the best thing to do is forget about it, but it’s not that easy. I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid. He deserves to know his real father,” Michael says, adding that he wants a DNA test.
Kourtney’s rep tells Holly wood exclusively, “That is absolutely ridiculous. [Scott] is the father.”
