Lauryn Hill has reported
to federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut.
The 38-year-old singer
will be there at least a few months, having earned a three-month
sentence for tax evasion following a guilty plea earlier this year.
Hill is being held in a minimum-security
facility where inmates live in barracks type housing, She will be housed with
the general population.
Hill admits failing to
file tax returns on more than $1.8 million she earned from 2005-2007, but has
gone off on various Tumblr rants on the subject.
Seriously.
