A slinlo reader sent me this picture, and I thought to share with you guys.
As much as I do not advocate bleaching, the boy above made some vital
points. Looking at it from the Nigerian perspective, similar can be said
for many people, who say one thing but live by the opposite. Many
Nigerians, particularly guys openly condemn ladies
whitewashing/bleaching their skin. Yet these same men, are the first to
parade their trophy wives/girlfriends, many of whom are very
fairskinned, and were born darkskinned. Who then is deceiving who?
Bleaching is bad for the skin, but one thing I try not to do is judge.
In the end, we are all responsible for the consequences of our own
actions.
